I. Number of Mould Making


1. The number of the die must be machined by milling machine above the outer end face of the die blank (square iron). The font height is 40mm, the depth is 0.5mm, and the font is isoline.


2. On each template, the mould number should be typed and the direction should be uniform.


3. All screw, ring holes and die parts of the die must be of the metric specification, while the parts for processing die must be of the standard specification, and it is forbidden to make them by oneself.


2. Prying Die Position


1. Each set of die is milling four corners on B plate (moving template) to produce prying die position for FIT die and die repair.


3. Code pit


1. The code groove of non-I-shaped mould embryo needs to be milled in front and back die. The specific size depends on the design size of the die.


IV. Screw Hole of Code Mould


1. Each set of dies should be opened on the base plate of the movable die and the fixed die panel.


2. Hole spacing size should be determined according to the type of injection machine.


Fifth, crowbar hole


1. The bottom of the moving die shall be provided with a sufficiently large top rod hole with a diameter of 25-40mm.


2. Small die only needs one top rod hole. Medium die must have more than three top rod holes. Large die needs five holes.


3. Pore diameter and position of ejector rod according to actual size of injection machine (design size)


6. Location Circle


1. Each set of moulds must be equipped with a positioning ring (i.e. a positioning flange) to facilitate positioning of the moulds.


2. The dimension of the positioning ring should be determined according to the hole diameter of the wall plate of the injection machine.


3. The diameter tolerance of the positioning ring is 0.2-0.4 mm, and the minimum height of the protruding die panel is 8-10 mm.


4. The standard size of the positioning ring (flange) of the die and the machine plate is 100mm-0.20^-0.40mm.


Seventh, First Reset Device


1. When the ejector barrel is related to the ejector device of the line position, a repetitive device must be installed on the die, and the ejector plate is not reset by the spring, so as to avoid the failure of the spring in the future and the collision between the line position (core pulling) and the ejector barrel.


2. The travel switch must be installed between the ejector plate and the moving template to ensure that the reset device is effective before the mode can be turned on and closed.


8. Pin plate guide sleeve


1. The length of the ejector plate is 12 or more, or the positioning of the working die is in the middle.


2. More small thimbles with diameters less than 2 mm


3. More drums (more than 10)


4. In the above three cases, four supporting pillars and guide sleeves must be added to the ejector plate to ensure ejection of the rubber parts in a balanced and smooth manner.


9. Pin-plate spring bow


1. All moulds must be equipped with four reset slingshots on the top pin plate to help the pin retract evenly.


2. Using blue slingshot specially designed for plastic mould, the two ends of the slingshot are repositioned and smoothed.


3. If the reset slingshot cannot compress more than 40% of the free length, four pins should be made on the ejector panel under the condition of the effective ejection of the rubber parts.


4. Fixed reset slingshot must have fixed sinking holes at both ends. The unreliable practice of grinding the surface at one end of sinking holes is forbidden.


10. Automatic dehydration device


1. Fine nozzle dies (three-plate dies) must be equipped with pull rods, pull bars or retractable pins to ensure that the nozzle plate and A plate move to the nozzle to fall off automatically.


2. The material thickness of the drawing rod is 10 mm or more.


3. The diameter of drawing screw should not be less than 8-14 mm.


4. Four nylon nails (nylon puller) are installed on the surface of B plate (moving template), which is safe, reliable, economical and practical.


11. Thimble action


1. Be sure to eject the beer parts reliably on any occasion and not to reset the parts of other moulds before closing the moulds.


2. The beer parts can not be deformed when ejected. The phenomenon of whitening and jamming can be ejected rapidly, and the ejector pin marks do not affect the appearance quality of beer parts.


3. Ejection should be balanced and smooth. No inclination of ejection needle plate and no noise should be produced during ejection.


4. After ejection, the ejector needle should automatically retract (except for special die).


XII. Line Action


1. The action of slider (line position) should be smooth to ensure that the shape does not move, and no dead action, uneven, loose and other phenomena can occur.


2. Oil grooves should be opened on the sliding surface of the large slider.


3. Large slider must have cooling water channel.


4. The slider and sliding seat should be matched by HVE6, which should not be too loose.


5. When the sliding stroke length of the slider is too long, the guide must be increased on the die base. Generally, the length of the sliding part should be about 1.5 times the width. When core pulling, the matching part of the slider in the guide groove should have 2/3 tubes of the sliding part of the slider in the guide groove.


6. The clearance of 0.2 mm or more must be left when the hole of inclined guide pillar matches with the inclined guide pillar, and no matching of the same size shall be allowed.


7. The angle of the inclined guide pillar is less than 2 degrees of the inclination of the line position compact plane. The large slider compact block must be extended into the lower die 15-20 mm and interlocked with 10 degrees of inclined plane.


8. For the cavity of the combination of circular slider, the angle of the longitudinal and the compact surface of the tine slider is 2 degrees different from that of the oblique column, and the same degree is forbidden. The final positioning of the slider above the die must be pushed or pulled by a slingshot. No wave beads can be used in the form, so that the slider will not bump into the tine block and the oblique guide pillar when the die is assembled.


9. Wear-resistant plates must be installed on the opposite surfaces of all rows. The length and width of the opposite surfaces should be more than 30 mm and 50 mm respectively. Fine row position and row position pressing plate need hardening more than 52 degrees. Large row position should be nitrided or hardened according to the requirements before opening the mould.
